REFUNDS

At Dolce Vita Flowers, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with our fresh and beautiful floral arrangements. Our policies are designed to provide clarity and maintain the quality of service you expect from us.
Refunds on Floral Products
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we regret that we cannot offer refunds on floral arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up. If there are any issues with the quality or freshness of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, and we will work with you to address your concerns, which may include offering a replacement.


Subscription Cancellations
Our subscription plans are flexible to accommodate your needs:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time within the current billing cycle.

  • To cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for the current cycle once a subscription delivery has commenced.

 

Special Circumstances
In rare cases of errors on our part, such as incorrect deliveries or damaged items upon arrival, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please reach out to our customer service team with proof of purchase and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
